We are seeking a friendly and driven individual to join our admin team as a business administration level 3 apprentice.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; front desk duties, typing, electronic document submission, organising office supplies, updating databases and providing support to our clients and team by ensuring they have what they need when they need it. The administrative team is consistently engaged, playing a critical role in the firm's operations. As such, it's essential for you to demonstrate initiative, working through tasks methodically and logically.

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5pm. The position is office based.
Our preferable start date for this position is Monday 15th July 2024.
About you
You will be responsible for delivering the initial client experience, so self-awareness and a desire to serve are essential. You should have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and enjoy handling a variety of tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. We are ready to train you if you bring plenty of positive attitude and enthusiasm! Teamwork is fundamental to this role.
We will consider your academic achievements and will look for grade 5 / C in Maths and English GCSE.
