Due to internal promotion and continued growth, we’re looking for a new member for our Client Manager team.
Do you love communicating with clients and helping them to grow their businesses? Are you able to talk about financial information without financial jargon, in a way clients understand? Do you understand that clients don’t want to just talk about their tax bill but want you to recognise trends and interpret non-financial data? If so, maybe you’re who we are looking for.
Ideally you are a qualified accountant who can demonstrate the skills of holding a client portfolio. Great organisational skills are a must and it would suit either someone with experience in a similar role or someone looking to take a step up. The right person is more important to us than the right experience, so we’re happy to provide support and training where needed. This would be someone who is open to change and able to adapt to new processes, able to manage their own workload, great with people and with a keen eye for detail.
As a Client Manager you will hold a varied portfolio and be responsible for delivering a high-quality service. We are not structured in departments so your team will have experience in all areas of accounting and tax. You will plan and review the work of Support Staff as well as assisting them with their training or development needs. The Directors will rely on you to support them with client demands.
